is. For starters we want to train the Body or Christ on how to be home owners and
investors in the Kingdom, this will position us for the transfer of wealth that our
Heavenly Father has promised us. As we grow and become more than conquers it is our
Fathers plan for us to express and teach to our brothers and sisters in Christ on how to do
the same.

use a program that is called a simulator, this program will give us your beacon score
and on a monthly basis we will do a soft pull of your credit score) soft credit pulls do
not affect beacon scores. Our services will give you action items on what to do to
increase your credit score on a monthly basis for 12 - months.

7) Negotiating payments and having creditors remove negative remarks from credit
reports. This will cause credit score to increase.
8) We will provide loans to choose from – over 125 different lenders. This will assist us
in getting you the best rates on the market.
9) Our goals are to get you funding that will require a maximum of 10% down and the
possibilities of getting you funding at no money down on residential and commercial
investment property.
10)We will consult and find investment property, single family, duplex properties, four
complex apartments, and commercial property in the surrounding ArkLaTex areas.

complexity of your individual case most upgrades can be completed in 3 months but up
to 6 months. Also depending on your level of motivation in cooperating – normally you
