  • Foreclosure Prevention Services:

    There are so many companies that talk about helping an investor by a wholesale property. But what about the family that LOST the home? Who cares about them?

    We do.

    We are leaders in Foreclosure Prevention Services. If there's a way to save a home - we will find it. And in some cases, we may be able to simply give the family a grant to take care of their immediate needs.

  • Loss Mitigation: The renegotiation of terms and conditions of a mortgage that is subject to foreclosure without the client having to refinance (presently this is an outsourced division with a 96% success ratio)
  • Short Sales and Deed in Lieu: Allows the customer to have the property sold (and sometimes cash out) at a non-retail price to avoid a foreclosure on their credit report)
  • Lender Solutions: Allows residential (and some commercial) clients have help with an investor based down payment assistance program that is accepted by several lenders.
  • Foreclosure Bailout Sales: A group of investors that will purchase the property before the property is taken back by the bank (very helpful when client is in the redemption period)
  • Low Score Purchase Alternative: allows clients with little, no and bad credit purchase a home with an investor's help.
  • Venture Capital: It's a pricey program, but it guarantees that the business plan will be put in front of a real investor that can "cut the check" if the program is picked up. So far in four years that have a 100% success ratio. After the investor(s) wants to hear more - the fee also includes a paid trip and interpreter (if investor is foreign) and the ability to do a full 8 hour presentation to close the deal.
  • Credit Restoration: Helps clients restore or improve their credit due to poor finances, identity theft, etc. There is a self-help program, a consultant program, and a third party program that will have you restored, if possible, in 60 days!
  • STEP Program (Short Term Equity Protection) - this is our own personal and copyrighted program that helps the client from the beginning to the end of a lease buy back that leave them with high equity still in the property, a better credit score, a financial 12 month plan to get them on their feet, and, of course, they keep their home!
