We will work feverishly to establish trust with the real estate agents and industry professionals who join our team. There are a little set up fees, no membership dues, no technology fees, no meetings, and no obligation to remain in the group. Members are asked for two things… First, refer at least one new mortgage client each month; and Second, serve those clients referred to you from within the network with the highest level of service possible.
What can you do with an unlimited advertising budget?
Every time you refer a mortgage client to a financial member of the team… That member will then re-invest a portion of their commissionable fees (10%) to new business development and ongoing lead generation as outlined below.
Loan Programs – Clients will be plugged into a full catalog of residential and commercial loan products. Expand your market reach by being able to offer your clients hundreds of loan programs! When your clients come through your door, you’ll know that you can help 80% of them with their lending needs. Our agents have access to all refinance, purchase, investment, construction, debt consolidation, and alternate income loans.
Quick Loan Approvals – We have underwriting partnerships with lenders located throughout the U.S. , so that we can offer rapid turn-around time on loans! Using electronic systems we will deliver lender PreApprovals within 24 hours… and very often, we can pre-approve, price and place a loan within an hour.
In House Processing – A strong processing team can make your client’s experience stress free. Increasing both your referral statistics and giving you more time to focus on your true job… New Business. Our back office will work to close all of your loans in 21 days or less.
Licensing – We write commercial/residential loans in all 50 states. We are on our way to offering FHA/VA loans within those markets and our legal team is working to have us in all 50 states within 18 months.
In House Marketing – Every year loan officers and realtors waste thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours on wasted marketing resources. We will work with you to develop leads through an assortment of systems.
Marketing Distribution – Our options for distribution are as diverse as the tools available to reach our clients. Whether it is a HTML email campaign, hand delivery or United States Postal Service, we’ll get the job done.
Retail Advertising – We will keep our partners in front of the consumer by providing long term exposure to potential homebuyers coming and going thru the doors of retail locations in all relevant markets
Printed Materials – Post cards, business cards, door hangers, real estate magazines, billboards, news paper ads, product brochures, you name it, we’ll print it.

Future Home Buyers & Sellers Leads – We have access to access to web based prospecting tools that change the way we find buyers and close deals. Our network will know (in advance) which families in our target market area are planning to buy or sell a home
Personal Telemarketing Assistant – Your success is our success. We may compliment our best partnerships with full time telemarketing support. As our assistant, this person will exclusively to develop a pool of buyer, seller and/or refinance leads for our team to service.
